Installation tips
Like all commercial ice cube machines, it needs a cold water supply and a floor drain nearby. Leave at least 30 cm around the ventilation grilles, keep it away from ovens and fryers, and use a water filter in hard-water areas to protect the machine and keep the ice clear. Production is highest in a cool, well-ventilated room.
