The Tecnodom two door refrigerator is a 1400-liter upright fridge made in Italy for restaurants, hotels, bakeries and catering kitchens in Lebanon. It gives you a full day of chilled storage in a footprint of only 142 x 80 cm, so it fits where a walk-in cold room is not possible.
Why choose the Tecnodom two door refrigerator?
Each of the two self-closing doors opens onto six Gastronorm (GN) 2/1 shelves, so the standard containers your team already uses slide straight in. Fan-assisted cooling spreads cold air evenly from the top shelf to the bottom, and the fan stops automatically when a door opens, which keeps the cold inside during busy service.
Automatic defrost with condensate evaporation means no manual defrosting and no drip tray to empty. The top-mounted condensing unit is tropicalized for hot, humid kitchens like ours, and it slides out as one block for quick servicing.
Built to last in a professional kitchen
Tecnodom builds this cabinet in stainless steel inside and out, with rounded internal corners that are easy to clean, 60 mm of CFC-free insulation and magnetic door gaskets. Adjustable stainless steel feet let you level it on any kitchen floor.
