A juice bar in Lebanon is a serious business — especially in summer. The right machines mean fast service, consistent product, and margins that make sense. The wrong ones mean breakdowns, slow output, and customers who don’t come back.
Here’s exactly what you need — from the extractor at the front to the ice machine in the back.
1. Juice extraction
This is your core product. Get the machine right for what you’re actually serving.
- Citrus juicer (commercial): For orange, lemon, pomelo. A commercial unit extracts faster and cleaner than any home juicer. During a morning rush, speed is everything — don’t bottleneck here.
- Centrifugal juicer: For carrots, apples, beets, mixed vegetables. Fast extraction, easy to clean. Handles hard produce without slowing down.
- Cold press / slow juicer: If your concept is premium health-focused — cold press retains more nutrients and produces less foam. Slower output, higher price point.

4. The essentials behind the counter
- Ice machine: You will run out of ice. Especially in July and August. Size it bigger than you think you need — ice machines are one of the most regretted under-purchases in the business.
- Under-counter refrigerator: For fruit, dairy, mix ingredients. Right under your work surface — your team shouldn’t be walking to a back fridge during rush hour.
- Beverage display cooler: For bottled water, canned drinks, pre-made juices. High visibility, self-service, easy margin.
